Floodline Code and method
Where responders are needed in a flood, per hexagon.

Priority per hexagon

Opacity shows confidence. A dark outline marks a hexagon whose roads are cut off by the flood.

Highest priority

Selected hexagon

Click a hexagon or a photo.

How it is scored

Hazard: share of the hexagon inside the satellite flood polygons, or photo depth when a photo has been assessed.

Exposure: OpenStreetMap buildings inside the flood, plus every building in a hexagon the flood cuts off.

Access: travel time from the nearest fire station or hospital, with every road that runs at least 15 m through the flood removed.

Priority is zero unless a hexagon is wet or cut off. Photos add confidence, not priority, until they are assessed.
